Job Title: Community Programs Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to fill the role of Community Programs Coordinator.

  • About the Job:

The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating bookings for community programs, including First Aid in Schools and Party Ready programs. This involves scheduling and rostering all schools and sessions from initial enquiry through to booking, confirmation and completion. The role also entails producing reports, handling queries, troubleshooting, and resolving resourcing and availability issues.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A strong work ethic with self-motivation in a self-managed team environment
  • Strong attention to detail with experience in data entry and administration
  • Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize and excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent skills across the Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
