Job Title: Portfolio Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Optimization Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual with expertise in analyzing and recommending programmatic resource prioritization options to optimize outcomes and align effects.

In this position, you will prepare submissions to enable endorsement of business capability investment portfolios. Your core expertise in portfolio analysis and investment and programmatic delivery will be essential in delivering results and supporting the co-design of future business architecture models, processes, and capability target states.

The successful candidate will support capability planning and investment by undertaking analysis across the portfolio, including resource supply and demand analysis, financial analysis, and risk and issues analysis. You will also prepare portfolio reporting and benefits analysis reports, contributing to a wide range of program and portfolio documentation, and responding to stakeholders.
