Cruise Sales Travel Consultant

About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Cruise Sales Travel Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for creating personalized cruise and travel itineraries for our clients.

This role requires strong knowledge of cruising, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Using global distribution systems and online platforms to source information and make daily bookings
  • Building and maintaining client relationships through exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet performance targets and objectives
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in domestic and international retail environments
  • Proven success in previous consulting roles with an outstanding sales record
  • Amadeus or CRS qualifications are essential
