Role Summary:

We're seeking an Aboriginal Health Worker who is passionate about delivering holistic primary care to individuals and families accessing Drug and Alcohol Clinical Services.

This role plays a vital part in supporting the community and improving lives. You will work closely with the DACS Aboriginal Manager and be supported by an engaged and active Aboriginal workforce.

Your connection to the community, cultural knowledge, and ability to build strong relationships will help clients feel safe, heard, and supported on their journey to better health outcomes.

You'll play a key role in ensuring every client experiences culturally safe, respectful, and inclusive care.
