Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse to join our team in a community-based setting. This role offers the opportunity to deliver person-centred, evidence-based care in a unique and challenging environment.

About The Role

You will work closely with individuals, families, and a multidisciplinary team to expand your nursing skills across generalist and specialist areas, including wound management, medication management, continence support, PEG tube changes, intercostal drain care, and diabetes education.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Nursing experience in medical, surgical, rehabilitation or aged care settings with the ability to transfer these skills to a community-based model
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver person-centred, holistic care and advocate for individualised support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
  • Current NSW Driver's Licence and ability to work across Newcastle and Raymond Terrace regions
