About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead our team in delivering high-quality cleaning services to our clients. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of supervising cleaning staff, ensuring compliance with site documentation, equipment, and chemicals. They will be responsible for promoting and monitoring safe work practices, performing inspections, and communicating effectively with clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set goals and objectives with operational staff to ensure all work schedules are adhered to and assist when required to achieve service delivery standards.
  • Ensure all sites are compliant with contractual requirements, including documentation, equipment, chemicals, and consumables.
  • Promote and monitor safe work practices, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff.
  • Perform inspections of cleaning standards and report writing.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and management on service delivery, operational issues, project progress, and continual improvement.
  • Payroll duties, including processing and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Proven supervisory experience in a facilities management or cleaning environment.
  • Resilient and capable of leading a team across all shift times.
  • Reliable, dedicated, and passionate in promoting a positive work culture.
  • An ability to lead, motivate, and influence staff members to deliver excellent results.
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills, combined with the ability to make sound decisions and think innovatively.
  • Experience with Microsoft programs, including Excel, Outlook, and other software applications.
  • Ability to obtain a police and Working With Children Clearance (WWCC).
