About the Role

As a Cleaning Operations Manager with Ventia's NSW Schools contract, you will play a pivotal role in delivering quality cleaning services across various regions. This exciting opportunity involves supervising a team of approximately 30-35 cleaners and managing an efficient roster to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring all school sites are compliant with site documentation, equipment, chemicals, and consumables.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, customers, and staff on service delivery, operational issues, and project progress.
  • Supervise staff, providing ongoing training and development to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Perform regular inspections to maintain the highest standard of work.
  • Promote and monitor safe work practices, fostering a positive work culture.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a supervisor or leader, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills.
  • Able to motivate and influence staff to deliver excellent results.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft programs, including Excel, Outlook, and more.
