Quality Assurance Specialist

This role involves ensuring that the quality of products meets customer requirements. The job holder will be responsible for developing and implementing quality systems, standards, and specifications.

  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and coordinate quality systems and certification processes within an organization.
  • Assess customer requirements and ensure they are met.
  • Determine customer service standards.
  • Specify quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers.
  • Investigate and set standards for quality and health and safety.
  • Ensure manufacturing processes comply with national and international standards.
  • Work with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, systems, and procedures.
  • Determine training needs.
  • Act as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality.
  • Record, analyze, and distribute statistical information.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Hands-on commitment and ability to adapt to similar roles.
  • Successful completion of an appropriate degree.
  • Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and decision-making ability.
  • Proven ability and willingness to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to communicate across all levels of the business.
  • Ability to work autonomously without supervision.

Benefits:

$90,000 - $110,000 per year. Salary packaging available.
