Clinical Lead in Aged Care

This position presents an exceptional opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents at one of Australia's largest healthcare providers.

The successful candidate will lead the Clinical Care team, ensuring they understand each resident's individual needs, wishes, and goals. They will provide clinical and leadership support to the Home Manager and deliver quality and clinical improvement projects at a care home level.

  • Provide expert clinical guidance to Home Manager.
  • Support care delivery through effective leadership and mentorship to the Care Team.
  • Implement targeted quality and clinical improvement initiatives at a care home level.

About You:

  • A current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • A working knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) and Infection Control.
  • A minimum of three years' experience in a senior management role within the aged care sector with a proven track record.
  • A Quality Assurance Certificate or equivalent experience.
  • A proven ability in quality management using a collaborative approach through mentoring and staff development.
  • A high level of commitment, integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness.
  • An inherent curiosity and a personal value of striving for excellence in all aspects.
