Care Team Leader

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Care Team Leader.
This key leadership position involves advising and assisting care staff to deliver tailored care for residents, ensuring high quality care is delivered at all times.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of care staff to ensure effective delivery of care services
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve seamless care coordination
- Build relationships with residents, prioritizing their dignity and overall wellbeing
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance resident outcomes and satisfaction
- Provide clinical guidance and support to care staff, ensuring adherence to best practice standards
Requirements:
- Aged Care experience with a focus on team leadership and management
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in the use of care management software
- Knowledge of Aged Care Legislation, Accreditation, and Quality Standards
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Policing background check clearance
