We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Carer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to residents at our aged care village.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading provider of aged care services. As a Carer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of our residents.

  • Providing personal care services including showering, dressing, grooming, assisting with meals and making beds.
  • Delivering basic clinical care including wound dressings, medication management and recording observations.
  • Managing care plans for residents with diabetes, arthritis and other conditions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience working in an aged care environment.
  • An enthusiastic and motivated approach.
  • Current First Aid certification.
