Job Opportunity: Building and Construction Contracts Administrator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building and Construction Contracts Administrator to join our team at Precruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert contract administration services to our clients in the government sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement contract administration policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide operational contract supervisory services, including on-site inspections, variation orders, and claims assessment.
  • Process requests and ensure timely and accurate communication with clients and project team members.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless contract administration services.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in contract administration, preferably in the government sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and project teams.
  • Intermediate computer skills, with proficiency in contract administration software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex contract documents.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
