Credit Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Improvement Lead to join our team at Bega Group. As a key member of our Finance Shared Services Credit function, you will play a critical role in refining our credit processes and policies to ensure compliance with Bega Group standards and best practice.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and participate in credit-related projects to drive impactful results.
- Suggest and implement techniques to manage credit and collections efficiently.
- Provide coaching and support to maximize team productivity and effectiveness.
- Contribute to monthly reporting to track project progress and enhance credit capabilities.
- Ensure strict credit policy and procedure adherence.
- Proven experience in credit transactional-related activities, preferably in corporate FMCG/Retail.
- Experience assessing new credit applications and understanding business entity types in Australia.
- ERP system experience, particularly with SAP, is highly regarded.
- Process improvement mindset and ability to identify opportunities for change.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge is required.
