About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Management Specialist to join our team at Australian Pharmaceutical Industries. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely collection of outstanding debts and maintaining strong relationships with our franchise partners and wholesale customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing credit limits and efficiently resolve disputes that affect payment
  • Develop and implement effective credit management strategies to minimize bad debt
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and resolution of credit-related issues
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our franchise partners and wholesale customers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in credit management

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in credit management or a related field
  • Excellent numeracy skills with a strong focus on accuracy
  • Intermediate Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot tables
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
