About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Improvement Lead to join our team at Bega Group. As a key member of our Finance Shared Services Credit function, you will play a critical role in refining our credit processes and policies to ensure compliance with Bega Group standards and best practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and participate in credit-related projects to drive impactful results.
  • Suggest and implement techniques to manage credit and collections efficiently.
  • Provide coaching and support to maximize team productivity and effectiveness.
  • Contribute to monthly reporting to track project progress and enhance credit capabilities.
  • Ensure strict credit policy and procedure adherence.
About You
  • Proven experience in credit transactional activities, preferably in corporate FMCG/Retail.
  • Assessment of new credit applications and understanding of business entity types in Australia.
  • ERP system experience, particularly with SAP.
  • Process improvement mindset and ability to identify opportunities for change.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge.
