Credit Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Improvement Lead to join our team at Bega Group. As a key member of our Finance Shared Services Credit function, you will play a critical role in refining our credit processes and policies to ensure compliance with Bega Group standards and best practice.
Reporting to the Credit Group Manager, you will work closely with various stakeholders to assess current policies, identify enhancement opportunities, and lead projects to improve operations. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the experience of our Credit department, internal stakeholders, and customers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and participate in critical credit-related projects to drive impactful results.
- Suggest and implement efficient techniques to manage credit and collections.
- Provide coaching and support to maximize team productivity and effectiveness.
- Contribute to monthly reporting to track project progress and enhance credit capabilities.
- Ensure strict credit policy and procedure adherence, reporting exceptions as necessary.
- Proven experience in credit transactional-related activities, preferably in corporate FMCG/Retail.
- Experience assessing new credit applications, understanding business entity types, personal guarantees, etc.
- ERP system experience, particularly with SAP, is highly regarded.
- Process improvement mindset and ability to identify opportunities for change.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge required.
