We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Payroll Compliance Manager to join our team at Bunnings Group. In this role, you will lead the Payroll Compliance team and oversee all post-payrun tasks in line with relevant legislative requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement models to analyze all aspects of payroll across various pay groups in Australia and New Zealand
  • Handle day-to-day compliance tasks, including third-party disbursements, reconciliation of control accounts, debt recoveries, and banking
  • Lead internal and external audit processes
  • Contribute to key processes and priorities as a member of the Payroll leadership group team
Requirements:
  • Proven demonstrated experience in payroll management and compliance
  • Proficiency in payroll software and systems including Ichris / Workday and UKG
  • Strong planning and organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to coach and develop others, providing feedback and getting the best out of the team
