The role of the Cultural Ambassador is to deliver exceptional customer services, interpretive tours and maintain visitor facilities at a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging cultural experiences to all visitors through quality interpretive tours.
  • Provide professional customer service with a focus on ensuring visitor satisfaction.
  • Accurately inform visitors about the region’s history, culture and environment.
  • Actively promote retail sales and regional attractions.
  • Maintain visitor facilities and public areas to the highest standard.

Working Conditions:

Remuneration: GSE4 $37.12 min - $37.51 max per hour including 25% casual loading in lieu of annual leave and sick leave.
