Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced environmental conservation professional to join our dynamic team. As a Fundraising Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing fundraising strategies to support our mission of protecting native wildlife and habitat in Australia.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and passionate individual to make a difference in the lives of animals and the environment. You will be part of a collaborative team working towards rapid growth, guided by a strategic three-year plan and supported by experienced professionals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering fundraising programs, including cash donor appeals, regular giving, major donors, bequests, supporter growth and supporter care programs via direct mail, digital and telemarketing channels. You will also write compelling fundraising materials, reports, analyse program success and prepare operational planning documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing the fundraising strategy
  • Managing supporter growth activities, donor acquisition and retention
  • Coordinating the major donor program under the direction of the Marketing and Development Director
