">- Lead and optimize the performance of Ryderwear's gym and retail operations across all South Australia locations, ensuring brand consistency and operational efficiency.
- Drive retail sales growth by developing and implementing innovative retail strategies, merchandising techniques, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with Gym Managers to ensure the retail areas are seamlessly integrated with gym operations, enhancing the overall member experience.
- Provide expert guidance on visual merchandising, store layout, and product assortment to maximize retail sales and customer engagement.
- Conduct regular site visits across SA to assess performance, provide on-site training, and implement best practices in retail management.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth, product development, and inventory management.
- Foster a culture of excellence in customer service, ensuring all staff are trained to deliver high standards of service and product knowledge.
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align retail strategies with overall brand initiatives and product launches.
- Manage retail and gym operational budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation and financial performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- SIGNIFICANT EXPERIENCE IN MULTI-SITE RETAIL OR FITNESS OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT, WITH A STRONG FOCUS ON STORE DEVELOPMENT, SALES GROWTH, AND VISUAL MERCHANDISING.
- PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF IMPROVING RETAIL ENVIRONMENTS AND ACHIEVING SALES TARGETS WITHIN A FITNESS, APPAREL, OR LIFESTYLE BRAND.
- LEADERSHIP SKILLS WITH THE ABILITY TO MENTOR AND MOTIVATE TEAMS ACROSS GYM AND RETAIL OPERATIONS.
- STRONG ANALYTICAL SKILLS TO INTERPRET SALES DATA AND MARKET TRENDS, TRANSLATING THEM INTO ACTIONABLE STRATEGIES.
- EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS, WITH THE ABILITY TO COLLABORATE EFFECTIVELY AT ALL LEVELS OF THE ORGANIZATION.
- PASSIONATE ABOUT THE FITNESS INDUSTRY, WITH A KEEN UNDERSTANDING OF THE ACTIVWEAR MARKET AND CONSUMER BEHAVIOR.
