Opportunity to Lead and Shape the Future

We are seeking an experienced retail and fitness operations expert to lead and shape the future of our gym and retail operations across South Australia. As a State Gym and Retail Manager, you will be responsible for leading the strategic and operational aspects of both the gym and retail facets of our locations.

About the Role
  • Lead and optimise the performance of our gym and retail operations across all South Australia locations, ensuring brand consistency and operational efficiency.
  • Drive retail sales growth by developing and implementing innovative retail strategies, merchandising techniques, and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with Gym Managers to ensure the retail areas are seamlessly integrated with gym operations, enhancing the overall member experience.
  • Provide expert guidance on visual merchandising, store layout, and product assortment to maximise retail sales and customer engagement.
  • Conduct regular site visits across SA to assess performance, provide on-site training, and implement best practices in retail management.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth, product development, and inventory management.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in multi-site retail or fitness operations management, with a strong focus on store development, sales growth, and visual merchandising. They will also possess leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate teams across gym and retail operations.
