Key Responsibilities

- **Compliance Advisory**: Provide regulatory and conduct guidance to ensure that daily business operations align with compliance standards.

- **Compliance Operations**: Engage in various operational processes managed by Compliance, including complaint escalations, client onboarding reviews, marketing material assessments, suspicious transaction submissions, policy reviews, operational risk evaluations, and regulatory training management.

- **Compliance Assurance**: Monitor first-line activities to assure senior management of the effectiveness of regulatory and conduct controls as per the Compliance Monitoring Program, covering client interactions, financial promotions, client asset handling, application forms, and disclosure documents.

- **Regulatory Change Management**: Assist in the development and implementation of processes and policies to align with regulatory changes.
