Job Title: Optical Dispenser And Keyholder

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented optical dispenser to join our team in Toowoomba, QLD. As an optical dispenser, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible eyewear experience.

About The Role
  • Provide eye care and eyewear styling advice to patients and prospective clients.
  • Dispense lenses and frames per prescriptions provided by our Optometrists.
  • Build meaningful relationships with our clientele to ensure their loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 1+ years experience in optical or 2+ years retail sales experience.
  • Prior experience with store opening/closing duties.
  • Strong attention to detail and basic mathematical skills.
  • Confident, clear and effective communication skills.
  • Able to build trusting and respectful relationships.
  • Self-motivated, positive and friendly manner.
