Your Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.

To succeed in this role, you will require a minimum Certificate 3 qualification in Ageing Support or a related field, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A strong understanding of Resident Rights and Aged Care Standards is also essential.
