Job Opportunity: Aged Care Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate nursing professional to provide high-quality care to our residents. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and their families.

The Role

You will be responsible for providing person-centred care that meets the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents. This includes:

  • Providing direct care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and conducting regular assessments
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Working effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless delivery of care
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care

Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • AHPRA registration as a Div 1 Registered Nurse
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong understanding of Resident Rights and Aged Care Accreditation Standards
