**Job Details**
We are seeking an experienced Information Communications Technology (ICT) professional to join our team as a Support Officer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the service desk, diagnosing and resolving ICT incidents, and providing technical advice on hardware and software services.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality ICT support and contributing to the continuous improvement of our services.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage the service desk, triage, resolve and escalate issues in a timely manner
- Diagnose and resolve ICT incidents and issues within a timely manner
- Provide technical advice regarding ICT hardware and software/services
- Assist with preventative maintenance, routine repairs, and onboarding/offboarding of staff and students
**Requirements:**
- Hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement
- Be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment
- Have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education
