Administrative Support Role

We are seeking a highly skilled administrative assistant to join our ICU team.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for the ICU Director, Nurse Unit Manager and Deputies, including taking minutes, preparing and distributing correspondence and reports.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, directing queries regarding ICU events.
  • Coordinate pay for medical staff through our rostering system.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous administration experience in a medical setting.
  • Strong prioritisation skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology an advantage.
