About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled administrative professional to join our Intensive Care Unit team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating communication, patient services, and clerical functions as directed by the Nurse Manager.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and be able to ensure all patients, visitors, and work colleagues receive accurate information pertaining to the ward environment. They will also be responsible for managing telephones and reception, as well as maintaining proficiency in MS Office.
