Project Management Role


This is a key position for an individual to join our project development group. The team delivers end-to-end services across land development and civil infrastructure.

The Position

As part of our project management team, you will be involved across the full project lifecycle, from due diligence and feasibility, through planning approvals, to delivery and construction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Overseeing projects through feasibility, approvals, design, and construction.
  • Managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring milestones are achieved.
  • Preparing and reviewing feasibility studies, budgets, and financial reports.
  • Monitoring progress, identifying risks, and implementing solutions.
  • Coordinating design briefs and managing the design process.
  • Tracking and managing the financial performance of projects.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in Civil Project or Development Management, ideally in land development.
  • Background in civil engineering design and/or project management will be highly regarded.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities.
  • A proactive team player, comfortable working hands-on across all project phases.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Property, Finance, Planning, Engineering or related field.
  • Financial acumen.
