Talent Web is seeking a skilled Technical Lead to join our team and help shape the future of financial technology. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for driving the design and implementation of applications and products, collaborating with architects, analysts, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of full-stack applications from design to production release.
  • Form effective development teams, organize work schedules, and guide team members through challenges.
  • Understand business objectives to shape tailored technology solutions and support team members with domain knowledge.
  • Manage best development practices to ensure secure, reliable, and predictable outcomes.
  • Maintain technical delivery within scope, timeline, and budget; identify risks and create contingency plans.
  • Develop strong relationships with teammates and stakeholders.
  • Focus on providing intuitive and engaging customer experiences.
  • Champion project success through collaboration, support, and a proactive attitude.
  • Author and update internal and external documentation.
  • Stay updated on the latest technology trends.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience with the end-to-end development lifecycle of modern, scalable web-based applications leveraging cloud-native architectures and frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and server-side languages like .NET, Java, Python, or Go.
  • Experience leading a team of developers and taking responsibility for deliverables from start to finish.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or Svelte.
  • Understanding of API development/orchestration and database technologies such as MS SQL, Oracle, or MongoDB.
  • Experience with cloud-native services from leading cloud platforms.
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code, Continuous Delivery, and Continuous Integration frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Agile or other modern project management methodologies.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
