Senior Fund Service Manager

Key Role:

The successful candidate will oversee daily, monthly and quarterly unit pricing for various investment schemes and client mandates. This includes reviewing fund distributions and mandate performance as well as coordinating new fund and client onboarding and managing fund terminations.

The role requires liaison with product and front office teams such as portfolio managers risk and compliance. The candidate will also be responsible for overseeing three junior staff members and working closely with the team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Essential Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in fund accounting service or administration
  • Understanding of unit pricing performance and tax distributions
  • Knowledge of domestic and international fixed income equities including ETFs
  • Experience managing small teams preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel Word PowerPoint
  • Degree in finance accounting or related field
