Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our kitchen team as a Steward. As a key member of the kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our culinary offerings meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.

Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, receiving and storing food deliveries, assisting with food preparation and presentation, and collaborating with our chefs to deliver exceptional dishes to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen equipment and surfaces
  • Maintaining a clean and organized storage area for ingredients and supplies
  • Receiving and organizing food deliveries from vendors
  • Assisting with food preparation, including cutting, peeling, and washing
  • Removing kitchen waste and washing dirty dishes
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is preferred but not required.

You must also be physically able to lift, push, and pull heavy objects up to 23 kg, which may involve bending and kneeling. A willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing circumstances is essential.
