Job Description:

Providing exceptional guest service is key in this role, ensuring that every guest has a warm welcome and excellent experience. You will be the first point of contact for guests on reception, checking them in and out, answering queries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

You could also be serving behind the bar, or in our restaurant, cooking food in the kitchen or setting up meeting rooms. We require someone who is flexible, friendly, and able to work well under pressure.

We offer a wide range of roles across different departments, from front of house to back of house, giving you the opportunity to develop new skills and progress your career.

, Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests, colleagues, and management. They will also possess a positive attitude, being proactive and resilient in a fast-paced environment.

Able to work independently, as part of a team, and cover shifts, including weekends and bank holidays. Previous hospitality experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

  2. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth operation of the hotel.
  3. Be flexible and willing to adapt to changing situations.

Working Hours:

This role involves working 32 hours across 4 days per week. Your rota will be confirmed in advance, giving you a good work-life balance.
