About the Opportunity

Frasers Property Australia is a leading property developer with operations in 70 cities across 20 countries, employing over 700 people nationally.

We are seeking a Shared Services Representative with Accounts Payable experience to join our Finance Shared Services team based in Rhodes, NSW.

This role will be responsible for the daily management of operational, transactional, and administrative activities for Frasers Property Australia and Frasers Property Industrial, while providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, accurate, and timely services to internal and external customers
  • End-to-end AP tasks, including interpreting and resolving first-contact enquiries
  • Triaging, undertaking, referring, or escalating tasks, and processing transactions consistently to set requirements
  • Entering data and maintaining up-to-date records, and facilitating the Team Leader's work allocation, performance analysis, and service improvements
  • Supporting the Team Leader with IT to optimise the use of technology, and participating in projects and initiatives to drive improvements across the businesses

Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications in business, administration, or finance are preferred
  • Demonstrated experience with Accounts Payable, with experience within an ERP, SAP highly desirable
  • Skills and aptitude for effective problem-solving, and a focus on helping people and enthusiasm for the role
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, and excellent time management and organisational skills, including multi-tasking
