We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing team at our Braeside facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food manufacturing, with a minimum of five years' experience and four years in management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the production and packing teams to ensure efficient site operations and meeting production targets.
  • Ensuring compliance with OH&S, Quality, GMP, HACCP, Hygiene, and Food Safety policies.
  • Investigating quality and safety incidents and implementing corrective actions.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Enhancing team development, processes, and efficiencies to support broader business growth.
  • Fostering a positive culture and team focus.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and numerical skills, as well as the ability to manage relationships across production, planning, and warehouse operations.

This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
