Responsabilidades:

  • ">
  • Assegurar a atualização e verificação de informações operacionais (line-up, chegadas, partidas, transfers e shuttles);
    ">
  • Coordenar e otimizar a comunicação entre receção, bagageiros e motoristas;
    ">
  • Monitorizar e aplicar standards de qualidade, garantindo conformidade e excelência;
    ">
  • Dar suporte e orientação às equipas, promovendo colaboração e eficiência;
    ">
  • Elaborar escalas de trabalho e gerir pedidos de alterações;
    ">
  • Supervisionar serviços de shuttle, transfers e transporte para restaurantes externos;
    ">
  • Participar em reuniões operacionais e liderar meetings de equipa;
    ">
  • Gerir os nossos parques internos, zonas de bagagem e áreas adjacentes, assegurando ordem e segurança;
    ">
  • Supervisionar a gestão da frota de buggies e carrinhas;
    ">
  • Dinamizar e liderar formações de equipa em standards de hospitalidade de luxo, promovendo melhoria contínua;

Perfil e Requisitos:

  • ">
  • Ensino secundário completo; 2 anos em funções de supervisão na área da hospitalidade;
    ">
  • Português: nativo ou nível C2, Inglês: nível C1 (avançado, profissional), Outros idiomas: valorizados;
    ">
  • Flexibilidade horária para diferentes turnos, incluindo fins de semana e feriados;
    ">
  • Domínio da Plataforma OPERA (preferencial);
    ">
  • Capacidade de adaptação rápida a imprevistos e mudanças de rotina;
    ">
  • Proatividade na organização e gestão de escalas de trabalho;
    ">
