We are seeking a leader to manage and supervise front office employees, ensuring they meet daily tasks and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of employees to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise a team of front office employees to ensure they meet their daily tasks and deliver on guest expectations
- Train staff, implement new initiatives, and develop standard operational procedures (SOP)
- Lead by example and demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving, and decisiveness skills
- Build relationships with colleagues and guests to create a positive and welcoming environment
- Relevant experience in a 5-star property or luxury environment
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of Hotel PMS, Opera, MS Office, and Excel
- Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve targets
- Immaculate presentation and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
