Lead Service Manager Opportunity

This is a permanent and full-time opportunity to lead our team of passionate educators in delivering remarkable before, after and holiday care programs to children every day.

You will be responsible for building strong relationships with schools, managing compliance and medical documentation, and fostering fun connections with children and their families that inspire and delight.

The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, love kids, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as confident interpersonal skills.

They will be a natural leader with an eye for detail, have a genuine interest in creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children, and be energetic, enthusiastic and love to have FUN.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with schools and partner on school events and community engagement
  • Foster fun connections with children and their families that inspire and delight
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team of passionate educators
  • Manage compliance and medical documentation
  • Be the glue that connects the program with the school community

Service times: 6.45am - 9:00am, 2:30pm - 6:30pm, Monday - Friday + 6.75 admin hours per week.
