**Role Description/Criteria**

We seek a passionate, collaborative, inspiring and innovative teacher with a strong work ethic to join our leadership team at St. Kevin's. We have a 0.4 position as a Religious Education Leader (POL2) for a 2 year tenure. The REL role may be held in conjunction with a classroom teacher role or other leadership role to allow it to be a full-time permanent position.

**Special requirements**:

- have a strong personal faith, and understanding of the ethos and traditions of the Catholic church
- have VIT registration
- be accredited to teach RE
- have further qualifications in Religious Education/Theology (not essential but desirable)
- be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment
- commit to St. Kevin's School Child Safe policies and the Code of Conduct
