Job Title: Management Assistant

About The Role

This role involves working closely with the Venue Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the venue. You will be responsible for leading and motivating the team, maintaining high service standards, and creating an environment where both staff and guests feel welcome and valued.

  • Motivate and inspire the team to deliver a genuine and 'local' guest experience
  • Champion team coaching and mentoring, Guest and Team initiatives and day to day pub operations
  • Proactively activate local events and support the Venue Manager to develop & drive marketing initiatives
  • Build a responsible service culture that is centred around fun, passion and authenticity, encouraging your team and guests to come as they are
What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone with proven hospitality leadership experience, ideally in a high-volume or premium venue. You will be confident managing day-to-day operations, knowledgeable about compliance and licensing requirements, and comfortable in a hands-on role where no two days are the same. Most importantly, you will bring a genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to creating memorable guest experiences.

  • You have great hospitality leadership and operational experience with positivity and enthusiasm to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • You have contagious passion when it comes to the guest experience and to inspire, coach and develop your team
  • You hold current industry RSA and RSG qualifications as per state requirements
  • NT Gaming License
