Key Responsibilities
  • Support the store leadership team in overseeing daily operations and supervising the store team.
  • Provide outstanding product knowledge and customer service, ensuring a memorable experience for every customer.
  • Manage stock movement to reduce shrinkage and optimize sales.
  • Filing and tidying the shopfloor and preparing the store for promotions and sales.
  • Collaborate with the store leadership team to achieve performance objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in a retail customer service role.
  • Supervisory experience within retail or hospitality is highly desirable.
  • Strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask to provide service for multiple customers.
