Job Title

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated reconciliation professional to develop and implement strategies that promote cultural awareness and understanding.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop effective strategies to promote reconciliation and improve relationships between communities.
  • Provide cultural awareness training and support to staff and students.
  • Collaborate with other teams to develop initiatives that promote reconciliation and cultural awareness.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a related field (e.g., social work, education, Indigenous studies).
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing reconciliation strategies or similar initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sound understanding of the principles of reconciliation and cultural awareness.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in an educational setting.
  • Knowledge of the Australian Government's policy framework.
