Senior Specialist Job Description

We are seeking an experienced cybersecurity professional to develop and lead our security awareness program. This key role involves developing and implementing impactful organisational cyber security campaigns, measuring and reporting on campaign statistics and success rates, and delivering innovative training programs.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity awareness campaigns to educate team members on cyber risks and appropriate responses.
  • Measure and report on campaign metrics to drive continuous improvement and inform future strategy.
  • Design and deliver engaging and effective training programs that meet the needs of IT and broader teams.
  • Innovate and deploy creative communication channels and materials to deliver key messages effectively.
  • Establish relationships across the business to provide visibility into the security awareness program.
  • Champion a security mindset across the organisation, encouraging engagement with the Cyber Security team.

This role requires a broad knowledge of cybersecurity, experience in creating and delivering targeted training, and exceptional communication skills. You will be comfortable working in a dynamic environment and able to coordinate, adapt, and prioritise work effectively.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, an innovative and creative problem-solving approach, and a passion for cybersecurity.
