We are seeking a Reporting Analyst to join our Property Management division, working closely with key stakeholders to deliver business performance insights and drive operational success.

The role will involve developing, producing, and maintaining reports using PowerBI, Excel, and other relevant tools. You will connect to data sources, import, and transform data to enhance business performance, while also proactively identifying and mitigating risks to KPI benchmarks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting senior leaders in delivering system reporting and monitoring KPI performance to achieve business goals.
  • Leading the design, development, and implementation of PowerBI solutions.
  • Connecting to data sources, importing, and transforming data to enhance business performance.
  • Proactively identifying and mitigating risks to KPI benchmarks.
  • Building strong relationships across the business, integrating key streams, and acting on leadership feedback.

Your Background

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience with PowerBI, Excel, and other relevant reporting tools.
  • A high level of interpersonal customer service skills to deliver a customer-centric environment.
  • Excellent time management, written, and verbal skills with a high level of attention to detail.

Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is between $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
