Regional Operations Director
Job Description:This is a leadership role requiring strategic direction to drive regional performance. You will be responsible for delivering key initiatives, shaping operational strategies and refining policies and processes to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage bulk water systems, industrial pipelines and irrigation systems safely and efficiently.
- Deliver operational services sustainably and transparently, meeting or exceeding corporate objectives and targets.
- Ensure compliance with asset-related requirements including dam safety.
- Identify, assess and manage risks related to operations and infrastructure.
- Develop and implement regional strategies to enhance financial position.
- Over 10 years of leadership experience in bulk water infrastructure, industrial pipelines, irrigation systems or related sectors.
- Deep industry insight and proven track record of strategic oversight at senior level.
- Postgraduate qualifications in management, engineering, business or project management are highly desirable.
