Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in hospital administration, management, or related field
  • Proven track record of leadership and management success in a healthcare setting
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, management, and policy
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
