What you'll be doing The Administration Manager at Auburn Hospital is responsible for the operation of the Hospital's administrative support and services.
The role includes staff management, system maintenance, policy and procedure development and upholding a high standard of professional service benefiting both patients and staff.
The Administration Manager will play a pivotal role in engaging a compassionate and responsive administrative team in prioritising service excellence at the Hospital.

Selection Criteria Proven experience in a supervisory role, ideally in healthcare, with recent achievements that demonstrate strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive administrative systems, streamlining workflows, and enhancing process efficiencies within a complex environment.
Desirable experience with Emergency Department administration, including data management and correction in systems such as First Net and Health Roster to support the administration of a 24/7 roster and effective utilisation of the casual pool.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and rostering with a demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with healthcare professionals and provide clear, actionable data related to Emergency Department operations and hospital performance trends.
Advanced organisational skills with a proven capacity to manage competing demands in a fast-paced setting.
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a multidisciplinary team.
Demonstrated skills in conflict resolution and problem-solving, with a focus on maintaining a positive work environment.
Driver licence or ability to travel when needed between facilities within WSLHD.
