Urgent Hospital Management Position in Canada

We are seeking an experienced Hospital Head to oversee administration teams throughout the hospital, ensuring maximum productivity within each team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management and be able to provide training and ongoing support and development to team members.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a senior leader and contribute to the success of our hospital.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee administration teams throughout the hospital, ensuring maximum productivity within each team.
  • Provide training and ongoing support and development to team members you oversee.
  • Assist with the rollout and training of new computer systems within the hospital.
  • Act as liaison between HR and the teams, processing any administration required.
  • Assist with training and inducting new hires.
  • Ensure all administrative functions are as streamlined as possible, making recommendations and developing initiatives on how best to increase productivity and reduce cost.
  • Monitor the team objectives, KPIs and SLAs, ensuring they are on track with expectations.
  • Assist with covering for teams that are short-staffed.
  • Develop reports for senior managers on performance, cost, and productivity within various departments.

Requirements: We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills and experience in healthcare management. A degree in a related field and/or relevant certifications would be an asset.
