Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for collaborating with healthcare professionals and providing clear, actionable data related to Emergency Department operations and hospital performance trends.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and rostering, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools.
This role requires advanced organisational skills with a proven capacity to manage competing demands in a fast-paced setting.
A valid driver's license or ability to travel when needed between facilities within the region is also desirable.
