Job Title: Chief Test Operations Manager

The successful candidate will lead the testing phase of a large-scale ERP implementation, focusing on Dynamics 365. They will develop and implement a comprehensive test strategy, manage end-to-end testing activities, and collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to validate system functionality.

About This Role:

This is a key position in our organization that requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and effective communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing testing for complex ERP implementations, ideally with experience in Dynamics 365.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive test strategy and approach for the ERP implementation.
  • Manage end-to-end testing activities, including functional, integration, regression, and UAT.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of testers and/or external test resources.
  • Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to validate system functionality.
  • Identify, track, and report testing risks, issues, and progress to project leadership.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing testing for large-scale ERP implementations, ideally with Dynamics 365.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Retail operations preferred).
  • Experience in developing test strategies, plans, and test cases.
  • Hands-on experience with test management tools and automation frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple testing streams.
